What You'll Do

  • Design, execute, and maintain detailed manual test plans, cases, and scripts
  • Perform functional testing across product modules to validate new features, enhancements, and fixes
  • Identify, document, and track defects using Jira and other tools, ensuring timely resolution

Collaborate with the Development Team Lead to address recurring issues and improve processes

  • Support integration and API testing, plus contribute to continuous QA improvements
  • Present clear testing reports to stakeholders and recommend process enhancements

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of QA/Software Testing experience
    (healthcare systems background is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of PC/server operating systems, hardware platforms, and browsers
  • Knowledge of configuration management, defect tracking, and test case management tools
  • Experience with automated testing procedures is a strong advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to estimate task durations accurately and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
