About the role

Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative is seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at our Sta Cruz location in Pagsanjan Laguna. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the overall success of the business. This is a full-time position based in our Pagsanjan Laguna location.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the efficient and effective operation of the retail store, including managing staff, overseeing inventory, and maintaining store presentation
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to maintain high standards of safety, security, and compliance
• Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement strategies for improving store performance and achieving sales targets
• Coach, train, and develop store staff to enhance their skills and foster a positive work environment
• Conduct regular store audits and provide detailed reports to the management team
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and merchandising to optimise store operations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail Supervisor or equivalent role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience
• Proficient in inventory management, merchandising, and store operations
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with retail industry standards and best practices
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
