  • Good Communications skills
  • Willing to work on weekends, holiday and shifting schedules

  • Greet and welcome customers with a smile.
  • Assist guests in choosing their meals and answer menu questions.
  • Take orders accurately and enter them in the system or relay to the kitchen.
  • Serve food and beverages during meals to ensure satisfaction.
  • Check on customers during meals to ensure satisfaction.
  • Clean tables and reset them for the next guests.
  • Handle payments and issue receipts (if part of the role).
  • Follow cleanliness and food safety standards.
  • Work closely with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service
  • Assist in opening and closing duties
