Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with professionalism and warmth
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
• Provide detailed information about the menu and make recommendations
• Ensure tables are set, clean, and well-presented
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to guarantee smooth service
• Handle customer requests and feedback with care
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter in a restaurant
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and attentive to detail
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Preferably living in or near Tagaytay
