JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To open immediately the branch and see that everything is clean and neat.
  • Properly check and monitor all the materials and supplies and see that there is enough supply in the branch every day such as receptacles, computer receipts, and accountable forms.
  • To accept shipments from customers following company's standards and acceptance rules.
  • To ensure that official receipts are validated.
  • To safe keep all acceptances for the day and must see to it that they are forwarded/ turned over during cut off time.
  • To do daily sales and peoples money deposit.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any course
  • Fresh graduates/Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Applicants must be willing to work onsite
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service from the Delivery or Logistics Industry
  • Willing to undergo training
  • Willing to work during weekends and holidays
  • Can start ASAP
