Job Description:

  • Oversees and drives the execution of finance-related projects, including system upgrades, ERP enhancements automation, and process improvements
  • Monitors project timelines and deliverables and escalates critical issues to the Management when necessary
  • Collaborates with MICT departments (Finance, IT, Operations, and others) to ensure project objectives are met
  • Tracks key action items and deliverables across MICT departments to ensure alignment and timely completion
  • Provides regular status updates to the CFO on the progress of all finance-related projects
  • Prepares reports relating to Finance projects, including presentations, dashboards, and summaries
  • Contributes to the design and documentation of Finance workflows and processes
  • Offers insights and recommendations for system, process, or policy improvements
  • Supports the development, testing, and implementation of new financial systems and upgrades
  • Ensures proper user training and rollout of new financial systems and upgrades
  • Takes on additional responsibilities and special assignments as needed
  • Participates in audit preparation, ISO documentation, and internal control activities related to finance systems and project execution
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
