As an intern in Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. This is not your typical HR internship – you will have truly meaningful projects to work on. All our HR roles provide the chance to define your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on business results. At this internship, your projects will deliver leading edge deep understanding in areas such as employee engagement, benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, recruiting, training and development etc.
What we offerYou will have business responsibilities from Day 1 – You will work on at least one or two big projects.
You will receive continuous coaching & mentorship– We are passionate about our work. We will make sure you receive both formal training and as regular mentorship from your manager and others.

Job Qualifications
- Use your personal email when applying and not school email
- You are available to take in an Internship starting May/June 2026
- Open to both voluntary and required internship (if voluntary you must have 12 units or less)
- You must be able to commit a full-time internship (3x a week onsite and 2x a week work-from-home, 8 hours per day)
Disclaimer: While most interns will be assigned to our General Office in Taguig City, some roles may be allocated to our Cabuyao, Laguna site depending on business needs. For these roles, interns will be required to report onsite up to 4 times per week. Please ensure you are able to commit to this arrangement before applying. - You are a top talent, current university student that preferably has less than one-two years to graduate
- You display strong partnership, analytical skills, and a problem solving or solutions-oriented mindset especially when confronted with issues
- You have experience working with groups through formal or informal positions of leadership
- You are driven to overcome barriers or setbacks to consistently deliver strong results
- You are confident collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds and experiences
- You are able to use your analytical ability to derive insights from data and come up with business or organizational decisions
- You have strong passion to continuously stretch yourself to learn new things and grow as a professional
- You take initiative and show flexibility
- Legally eligible to work in the Philippines
