Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive Project Engineer to manage and oversee construction and fit-out projects from planning to completion. This role involves coordinating with contractors, monitoring on-site activities, ensuring projects are on time and within budget, and addressing technical issues. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring all work complies with safety standards, mall regulations, and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth project execution

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site personnel

Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timeline and budget

Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications

Handle site inspections and address technical issues promptly

Secure permits and ensure compliance with mall/building requirements

Report regularly to management on project status and issues

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

At least 1–2 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out projects

Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Willing to travel and work on-site as required

Licensed Engineer is a plus, but not required

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
