JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Research, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • With 1 year work experience in the same capacity in the Hospitality Industry
  • Excellent leadership skills and communication skills
  • With good interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented with an eye for details
  • Can start immediately
