Job description:

The Fulfillment Supervisor handles the daily pick pack operations of the warehouse. His/her main responsibility is to ensure that day to day operations are smooth and that all orders are processed accurately and completely, in preparation for delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Fulfillment Operations
  • Monitors pick pack operations and ensures quality of output
  • Iron out day to day operational issues
  • Responsible for implementation of all SOPs in daily fulfillment operations
  • Delegates and plans the PSP staff's tasks as needed in the pick pack operations.
  • Inventory Management
  • Recommends systematic planning of replenishment with the RSC Inventory Personnel, thus ensuring adequate stocking at all times
  • SKU Rationalization - recommendation of non-performing SKUs for suggestive selling / deletion
  • Initiates cycle count and inventory activities
  • Does the necessary stock correction for the approval of the Warehouse Operations Manager
  • Accountable for all inventory-related activities handled by the Inventory Supervisor
  • People Management
  • Monitoring of daily schedule and attendance
  • Properly supervise, ensure training and effectively motivate all personnel in the fulfillment operations
  • Impose sanctions / disciplinary action for any violations committed
  • Ensure complete deployment of manpower needed
  • Admin/Reportorial Requirements
  • Prepares reports on OOS, Pick-Pack issues, and other reports needed relative to the fulfillment operations
  • Facilitates POS Transactions before dispatch and after returns

Knowledge, skills and experience requirements:

  • Tech savvy. Eager to learn new systems and apps specific to Growsari's needs
  • Must possess skills in people management, team building, and communication.
  • Possess analytical and basic mathematical skills
  • Is eager to learn new skills and continuously improve oneself
  • Is willing to work extended hours if necessary
  • Is impact-driven and want to make a positive impact to the lives of Sari Sari store owners; ultimately playing a role in bridging the income inequality gap in the Philippines
  • Have a problem solver attitude - and are able to get things done and meet your deliverables while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

Qualifications, certifications and education requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree operations management, or any related field
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, and inventory control
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Drive products
  • Proficiency in using database applications
