Job Expectations:
- Employment Type: Full-Time; Permanent (Direct Hire)
- Budget: Php 100,000 - Php 150,000
- Work Setup & Location: Onsite/Hybrid - BGC, Taguig
- Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays
- Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of Salesforce experience as a super user or administrator (or experience with other CRM tools)
- Experience in a call center or help desk environment, preferably as a manager or team lead
- Understanding and experience within a sales or sales operations team
- Effective people management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented; investigative and empathetic approach to solving customer/user issues
- Excellent interpersonal with strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English; other languages a plus
- Must be on a legal working status
