GRAPHIC ARTIST

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main duties & responsibilities:

  1. Develop the overall layout of website designs, brochures, newsletters, flyers, posters, and magazines.
  2. Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
  3. Amend final designs to supervisor comments and gain full approval.
  4. Ensure the highest standards of quality are achieved in all duties carried out and communicate

    effectively within the team.
  5. Other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications Standards:

Education

  • Graduate of Multi-media Arts, Fine Arts or Advertising.

Professional Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience

Technical Competencies (Job Knowledge and Skills)

  • Create original visual concepts, by hand or using computer software
  • Excellent skills in design and photo-editing software, including Adobe in Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, and others.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation
  • Accuracy and attention to details.
  • An understanding of the latest trend and their role within a non-profit environment.
  • Knowledge of the printing process and specifications.
  • Knowledge of typography, color and production.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
