Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for expanding, maintaining, and managing the company's end point agency channels to ensure the stability and performance growth of agents.
- Assist agents in developing expansion plans, provide business training and support, and help agents improve their market expansion capabilities.
- Track the sales of agents, analyze data and propose optimization plans to improve Market Share.
- Handle inquiries and complaints from agents, provide effective solutions, and maintain good cooperative relationships.
- Pay attention to industry trends and collect market information.
- Participate in the company's marketing activities to enhance brand influence and promote the development of agency business.
Job requirements:
- Education requirement: College degree or above
- Experience requirement: 1-3 years of local agent channel expansion, management or sales experience, with limited industry agent resources.
- Language proficiency: Proficient in Tagalog and English, with excellent communication and expression skills.
Skill requirements:
- Excellent market development and Customer relationship maintenance ability;
- Possess good business negotiation and communication coordination skills.
- Possess certain data analysis ability.
- Familiar with the local agency market, agency operation mode, and strong sensitivity to industry trends.
Other requirements:
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to business trips.
- Possess teamwork spirit and strong ability to withstand pressure.
- Familiar with working software
Work location: Must be able to work on-site at Makati or BGC
Working Schedule: 9:30 to 18:30
Rest day: Two (2) days off per week
