JOB DESCRIPTIONS

AR SUPERVISOR

The AR Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the accnts receivable department, ensuring accurate billing, timely collctions, proper csh application, and adherence to company policies. This role manages AR staff, maintains customer acnt accuracy, and plays a key role in optimizing csh flow and improving the company's working cpital position.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accnting, Fnance, Business Administration, related field (preferred)

  • 3-5+ years of experience in AR, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus

  • Strong understanding of AR processes, GAAP principles, and internal controls

  • Supervise and coordinate all AR functions, including invoicing , cllections, crdit management, csh application

  • Review and approve invoices, adjustments, crdit memos, and customer accnt reconciliations.

  • Monitor aging reports and take action to reduce past-due balances.

  • Ensure customer pyments are processed and applied accurately and promptly.

  • Oversee customer accnt maintenance and resolve paymnt discrepancies Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead, mentor, and train AR staff to ensure high performance and accuracy

  • Assign tasks, provide performance feedback, and conduct evaluations

  • Develop process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

  • Ensure team compliance with internal controls and accntng standards Customer and Internal Collaboration

  • Communicate with customers regarding outstandng blances , disputes, and pyment terms

  • Work with sles, customer services, and operations to resolve invoicing and cllection issues

  • Support fnance management with AR-related queries, audts, and reports Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly AR aging reports and collctions forecasts

  • Analyze AR trends and recommend improvements to collctions strategies

  • Assist in month-end closing activities and accnt reconciliations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
