  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, Legal Management, or related field.

· Experience in government relations, PhilGEPS/government procurement, or regulatory compliance is highly preferred.

· Preferably with exposure to automotive, trucks, logistics, or related industries, or to dealer/distributor business models.

·    At least three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work experience in government affairs, bids and awards, or compliance.

·    Strong understanding of PhilGEPS and government procurement processes, especially from the perspective of a supporting principal or OEM working through dealers.

·    Lead and coordinate Sinotruk International Philippines' engagement with the government and public sector by:

  • Proactively monitoring PhilGEPS and other government procurement platforms for opportunities relevant to Sinotruk products,

  • Ensuring that authorized dealers are timely and properly informed and supported for these opportunities, and

  • Keeping the company fully compliant with national and local regulations affecting trucks, importation, and operations.

·  The Government & Public Sector Affairs role serves as the focal point for PhilGEPS monitoring, dealer support for government bids, LGU/agency engagement, and regulatory compliance calendars, in close partnership with SGGA, Sales, and authorized dealerships.

Note: Sinotruk International Philippines does not directly participate as bidder in government procurement. This role focuses on supporting and enabling dealers, not direct retail or direct bidding.
