Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration.

We seek a skilled PPC Specialist with extensive Google Ads experience. The ideal candidate will manage, optimize, and strategize Google Ads campaigns to achieve client goals, working closely with our Digital Marketing Strategist and Graphic/Web Designer.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC campaigns on Google Ads.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and selection to target the most relevant and cost-effective keywords.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and design impactful ad creatives in partnership with the Graphic/Web Designer.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to continually enhance campaign performance.
  • Manage and optimize bidding strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge campaigns.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Strategist to ensure PPC campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and client objectives.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within financial parameters.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign performance or platform functionality.

Qualifications

  • Must have 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App campaigns.
  • Proven success in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns to achieve client goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools for performance tracking and analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to coordinate effectively with other team members
  • Google Ads Certification preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
