Graphic Designer (Remote)

The Graphic Designer creates clean, thoughtful visuals across digital channels, someone with strong instincts, a good eye, and the ability to turn things around quickly. You'll support a mix of startup teams and internal projects, handling everything from brand decks to marketing assets. Bonus if you know your way around basic video editing and can use AI tools here and there to streamline your process, but design is the priority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital assets across logos, brand decks, social posts, web layouts, and marketing materials
  • Keep visuals clean, consistent, and tailored to the goals of each project or client
  • Edit and version graphics for multi-platform use (e.g., LinkedIn, email, web, slides)
  • Support light video editing for reels, screen recordings, and branded clips
  • Use AI tools (when helpful) to speed up creative exploration or handle small tweaks
  • Work closely with marketers, ops, and project leads to interpret briefs and apply feedback
  • Manage your own timelines, versioning, and asset organization with minimal oversight
  • Supporting the Design Lead in executing creative direction and translating strategic goals into visual content.
  • Assisting in the production of digital, print, and multimedia assets, including social media graphics, pitch decks, newsletters, infographics, product packaging, and event-related materials.
  • Assisting in the design of web and mobile experiences, including UI kits, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Supporting design QA processes and contributing to consistency and quality across digital interfaces.
  • Producing platform-specific social media content and repurposing long-form materials into visual formats for engagement.
  • Maintaining and organizing brand assets, creative templates, and shared content libraries for efficient use.
  • Helping apply and maintain brand identity systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, iconography, and guidelines.
  • Supporting the management of content production workflows, asset trackers, and creative timelines.
  • Participating in team syncs, creative reviews, and feedback loops with the Design Lead and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborating with marketing, operations, and programs to address campaign, launch, and internal creative needs.
