Senior Sales Manager – Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Identity Management Application Security solutions, including Strong Authentication, Single Sign-On, Identity, and Access Management solutions for enterprise customers. Knowledge of the enterprise digital journey is preferable.
  • Develop and execute an effective sales and channel strategy to enable i-Sprint to meet sales targets for assigned territories. Lead business development within the territory by nurturing new businesses and building a sustainable, strong sales pipeline.
  • Foster direct customer engagement and fast-track pipeline growth through executive alignment and strategic channel partnerships.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to pitch i-Sprint security solutions to end customers. Take a leading role in turning business opportunities into pipelines and deals.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to engage and gain commitment to sell and promote i-Sprint solutions to their end customers.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain CRM discipline to support sales planning and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT software, solutions, and/or services sales, with a proven track record in key account penetration and management. Experience in the Banking/FSI sector or channel sales is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in a hunter role with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in enterprise security solution selling, particularly in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both spoken and written; preferably with exposure to MNC working culture and environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at C-/EVP/FVP levels in major accounts to achieve sales goals. Proven track record in account management and channel sales.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with good leadership, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
