US SENIOR BOOKKEEPER

Location: Clark/Cebu/Manila/Tarlac (Onsite)

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5+ years' bookkeeping in US accounting firm or SME

ABOUT THIS ROLE . . .

We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper with solid US Bookkeeping experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Review staff bookkeeping work for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage complex or multi-entity clients (LLCs, partnerships, group structures).
  • Liaise directly with clients regarding reporting and compliance.
  • Prepare reports for partner/manager sign-off.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related course
  • With at least 3-5+ years bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online, Advance Excel knowledge, PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with financial accounting statements
  • Proficient in English business writing
