  • Manages daily activities of WFM Shared Production Centers, including leadership effectiveness of the management team, correction of behavioral and training issues, fostering a culture of collaboration and clarity.
  • Ensures that WFM employees have access to training, IT support, facilities and all resources required to be successful.
  • Benchmarks with other WFM Shared Production Centers to share and learn global best practices regarding employee management.
  • Optimizes use of WFM resources by sharing resources between accounts.
  • Establishes a pipeline with recruiting team to ensure that WFM positions are appropriately staffed.
  • Facilitates compliance with company and client security requirements to ensure there is no breach of sensitive information or nefarious use of company resources.
