  • Act as cashier and petty cash custodian, safeguarding and controlling the petty cash box from unauthorized access.
  • In charge of requesting fund replenishment
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Track incoming payments and maintain updated records of accounts receivable.
  • Post payments to Quickbooks system accordingly
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely collections
  • Prepare and send billings to clients
  • Assist in month-end closing activities

Qualifications:

  • MUST be a College Graduate in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and stress management skills, ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month
