Planning, scheduling, and managing of MEPF projects, including design, installation, and maintenance of systems like HVAC, vertical trasnsport, plumbing, and electrical

Supervising and mentoring engineers, technicians, and contractors, ensuring project completion on time and within budget

Reviews and interpret MEPF, architectural and engineering plans

Ensuring that systems are installed and maintained to the highest quality standards, and that they meet safety requirements.

Developing and reviewing designs for MEPF systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Inspect project on Site to ensure that MEPF aspect are being implemented properly

Prepare progress reports

Managing project budgets, including materials, labor, and other costs, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Coordinates with different department to resolves issues or any concerns

Attend contractor or supplier meetings

Implement approved construction schedule and preparation of necessary resources

Regularly update the project accomplishments and identify possible cause of delays, provide resolutions and action plans

Ensure compliance with LEED and Sustainability requirements
