Job Description

• Supports payroll processing related to payroll data input, instructions, and payroll validation for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness related to payroll.
• Collect, validate, and input payroll-related data, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, bonuses, and leaves.
• Collaborate with relevant departments (ie. HR/Finance) to ensure accurate payroll inputs and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review payroll reports and assist in audits and compliance activities.
• Manage and respond to employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate payroll documentation and employee records for audit and regulatory purposes.
• Assist with the implementation of payroll system enhancements and process improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize payroll operations.

Qualifications

• With a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With at least three (3) years solid and comprehensive experience of the same capacity. Has experience in payroll processing, preferably in a Shared Services or multinational environment.
• Familiarity and experience with multi-country payrolls, laws and statutory requirements is a plus.
• Experience working with payroll and HR systems; knowledge of Workday, SAP, ADP, or similar systems is an advantage.

Competencies

• In-depth numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural, shared services environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Proactive mindset, ability to prioritize, and work independently under deadlines.
• Has willingness and ability to proactively collaborate and communicate within the team and stakeholders.
• Ability to resolve conflict with integrity and demonstrate high degree of confidentiality and negotiation skills within the scope.
• Analytical, and able to translate and communicate statistical data into action.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Structured, accurate, systematic and committed to delivering within deadlines.
• Ability to take initiative and make sound judgments and recommend decisions within scope of work.

• Experience in payroll project migration is an advantage.

• Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the companys growth.
