Main Responsibilities\:

  1. Master Offer Knowledge and Offer Environment
Strong offer knowledge and sharp understanding of value propositions for market segmentsDeep understanding of the key market segments, trends, competitive offer landscape

  2. Understand and share Offer strategy with Business and Execute Marketing Plan
Develop and execute product positioning strategy at market segment level, based on Schneider electric's product strengths and competition's portfolio strengthArrive at focused plan about which markets to target and which markets NOT to target based on fact-based segment level analysisImplement the Marketing Mix (Product, Place, Price, Promotion) and define all necessary key action to deploy offer strategy and growth action plansOwn pricing and profitability optimization of the offer portfolioManage and develop offer portfolio, deliver new offer launches, drive market share growthSupport the planning and execution of annual marketing & sales plan

  2. Drive Offer Strategy Execution with Sales & Pre-Sales
Ensure "qualification" of right pipeline of pursuits along with pre-sales, sales, and channelsProactively engage with sales teams to maximize end user saturation through application/architecture by visiting customers regularlyDevelop channel competencies and volume through smart pricing and promotionsEngage with cross selling teams to increase market share in "sweet spots" identified in strategyEngage Supply Chain team to ensure inventory management and delivery schedules

  2. Marcom activities engagement for offer branding
Design marketing programs to engage key stakeholders – End Users, Specifiers, Contractors, Panel Builders, Distributors and System IntegratorsBuild a strong pull for offer portfolio through influencing specifiersAlign marketing program with offer launch roadmap

  2. Stakeholder management
Close collaboration with global Offer marketing team to ensure roadmap evolutionWork with East Asia Japan Zone for sharing market intelligence, success stories, business cases and multi-country initiatives

Education and experience

Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills, high level of networking skills, Ability to excel in transversal role, Lead & Implement new initiatives, Lead to Change, be a part of cross-cultural team & we expect a high level of contribution.

Degree in engineeringMinimum 4 years of experience to Industrial Automation At least few years in hands on Automation Control, Industrial Software, Human Machine Interface (or Motion Control, IIoT Solutions)Strong understanding of market conditions and segmentsExperience in business/strategy planning and execution
