Reporting directly to the B&I Head, this position ensures financial transparency, accuracy, and compliance across all project phases.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning and AnalysisDevelop financial plans, budgets, and forecastsConduct financial analysis and variance modelingProvide strategic financial insights to managementFinancial ManagementEstablish financial controls and proceduresMonitor project financial performanceManage project profit and loss (P&L)Track and process purchase ordersCost Control and OptimizationAnalyze project costsMonitor cost trendsReview and recommend overtime payFinancial Reporting and CompliancePrepare financial reports and dashboardsIdentify and address financial compliance risksOversee billing attachmentsComply with Finance Department reporting requirementsStakeholder EngagementServe as a financial advisorParticipate in project meetingsCommunicate project financial performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5 years of progressive experience in financial managementProficiency in project accounting and financial analysisPrefer Industries/sector: infrastructure firms, construction firms, real estate firms, project management firmsAdvanced skills in Excel and financial management softwareStrong analytical and communication skillsPreferred QualitiesStrategic thinkingResults-driven approachAttention to detailAdaptabilityLeadership skillsStrong analytical capabilitiesEffective communicationProblem-solving abilitiesIntegrity and ethicsTeam collaborationCommitment to continuous learningJoin an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in. #ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark.
