Job Description – Subject Teacher (Elementary & Junior High School)

WILL School of Antipolo is looking for a passionate and dedicated Subject Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate is committed to fostering students' holistic growth by delivering engaging, learner-centered instruction across different grade levels and subject areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach assigned subjects to both elementary and junior high school students.
  • Manage classroom instruction and maintain a positive, productive learning environment.
  • Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, assessments, and progress reports.
  • Deliver lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and learning standards.
  • Utilize Google Classroom, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet for online and blended learning.
  • Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, curiosity, and active participation.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Elementary or Secondary Education, or a related field.
  • Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) is a MUST
  • Preferably with experience in a formal school setting, ideally handling both elementary and secondary levels.
  • Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students to learn.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace / Google Classroom.

Work Setup:

  • On-site (Shifting Schedule)
  • Location: Antipolo City, Rizal
  • Monday to Thursday: Face-to-face classes
  • Friday: Online synchronous classes
