What You'll Do

End-to-End Project Management:

Own the entire ML project lifecycle, from problem definition and data collection to model training, deployment, and monitoring

Data Analysis & Modeling:

Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and build high-performance machine learning models using statistical and deep learning techniques.

System Architecture & Deployment:

Design and build scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure, and deploy models into production environments with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

Communication & Strategic Alignment:

Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and model results to both technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in data science with a Bachelor's degree in IT
  • Expert in machine learning and statistical modeling (regression, classification, clustering)
  • Strong skills in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and model development
  • Proficient in feature engineering, building pipelines, and working with large datasets
  • Ability to translate business needs into analytical models and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for non‑technical audiences
  • Experience in data visualization and data management
