About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative as a City Manager for Xiaomi. As the City Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic development of Xiaomi's retail presence in Calamba City, Laguna. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Calamba City.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and lead a team of retail associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance brand visibility
  3. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
  4. Collaborate with regional and national teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives
  5. Oversee budgeting, inventory management, and other financial responsibilities
  6. Foster a positive and engaging work culture that aligns with the company's values

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or store operations role, preferably within the consumer electronics industry
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  5. Familiarity with financial management, inventory control, and budgeting
  6. Adaptable and agile, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
