Alcoline Corporation is a leading wholesaler and distributor of various wines and spirits in the Philippines. We are looking for a Purchasing Manager to take the lead in our procurement operations. This role is all about building strong relationships with our suppliers, making sure we get the best products at the right price, and keeping everything running smoothly—from sourcing to importation and inventory. You'll be a key player in keeping our supply chain efficient and helping us grow even more in the liquor industry.

Reporting directly to our CEO, the Purchasing Manager is a critical force in achieving cost-efficiency, operational excellence, and consistent product availability across our network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies for alcoholic beverages, packaging materials, and bar supplies
  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with local and international liquor suppliers
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels based on sales forecasts and seasonal demand
  • Ensure all purchases comply with legal, licensing, and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and logistics departments to align purchasing with business goals
  • Track market trends, product innovation, and competitor offerings in the liquor industry
  • Oversee purchase orders, supplier documentation, and logistics for both local and imported products
  • Monitor supplier performance, conduct audits, and manage risk mitigation plans
  • Prepare procurement reports and budgets for management review

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in the liquor or beverage industry
  • Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs processes, and excise tax compliance
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
