About the Role

We are looking for a Senior API & Data Integration Specialist to help us improve and connect our digital banking systems. In this role, you'll work closely with both business and IT teams to integrate multiple systems, design data exchange models, and ensure smooth, secure information flow—mainly for lending products and wholesale banking services.

You'll translate business needs into technical requirements, create integration solutions using APIs, and make sure the end product delivers real value to both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement API integrations between multiple systems.
  • Define data needs and create data exchange models to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories for technical teams.
  • Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and business users to deliver effective solutions.
  • Continuously improve processes based on feedback, regulations, and evolving business needs.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
  • 5–7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in API integration (design, implementation, testing).
  • Experience defining data needs and creating data exchange models.
  • Skilled in translating business needs into technical deliverables.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Background in banking or finance, especially in lending products.
  • Knowledge of Wholesale Banking product areas.
  • Technical/IT background.
  • Experience with LoanIQ.
