About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and engaging Trainer who can design and deliver effective training sessions for new and existing team members. This role is key to ensuring our staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding sessions and skills training for new hires.
• Develop and implement training materials, modules, and manuals tailored to company needs.
• Facilitate refresher training sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend development programs.
• Maintain updated training records and reports.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar role.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage both virtual and in-person participants.
• Experience in creating training materials and performance evaluation tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple training schedules.
• Proficient in using online training tools and platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

Work Setup:

• Remote / Hybrid (must be open to occasional face-to-face sessions if needed)
• Regular working hours with flexibility for training schedules
