
Pre-sales Engineer

Job Requirements:
- Lead technical engagements with clients to assess challenges and recommend effective, scalable solutions
- Design complex and optimized data center configurations, ensuring performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability
- Communicate and present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Create compelling proposals with technical and ROI-driven justifications
- Recommend solutions in retail/wholesale colocation, DIA, IX, Cloud Exchange, Cloud On-Ramp, and DCI
- Act as a trusted advisor by conducting in-depth assessments of client environments
- Stay updated on data center technologies and trends to continuously improve solution offerings
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, IT, or other ICT-related fields
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical solutioning or data center environments
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of data center technologies (cooling, power, compute, network connectivity)
Preferred Certifications (not required but a plus):
- Certified Data Center Professional Series (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE)
- ITIL, PMP, or related ICT certifications
- Cloud, IP networking technologies, or Agile project management
- Strong skills in consultative selling, technical presentation, and proposal writing
