Job Requirements:

  • Lead technical engagements with clients to assess challenges and recommend effective, scalable solutions
  • Design complex and optimized data center configurations, ensuring performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability
  • Communicate and present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Create compelling proposals with technical and ROI-driven justifications
  • Recommend solutions in retail/wholesale colocation, DIA, IX, Cloud Exchange, Cloud On-Ramp, and DCI
  • Act as a trusted advisor by conducting in-depth assessments of client environments
  • Stay updated on data center technologies and trends to continuously improve solution offerings

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, IT, or other ICT-related fields
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical solutioning or data center environments
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of data center technologies (cooling, power, compute, network connectivity)

Preferred Certifications (not required but a plus):

  • Certified Data Center Professional Series (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE)
  • ITIL, PMP, or related ICT certifications
  • Cloud, IP networking technologies, or Agile project management
  • Strong skills in consultative selling, technical presentation, and proposal writing
