As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reported figures, and providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. You will assess trends, variances, risks, and opportunities across financial statements, driving continuous improvement in financial reporting, data processes, and review efficiency. This role requires strong analytical acumen, a deep understanding of accounting standards (US GAAP / IFRS), and proficiency with financial systems such as SAP and reporting tools like Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Conduct and interpret full-spectrum financial data analysis, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and other key reports.
  • Evaluate risks, opportunities, and financial uncertainties, providing insights and dashboards for management decision-making.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including review of closing activities and post-reporting issue resolution.
  • Participate in internal audit processes, ensuring documentation integrity and compliance.
  • Lead or support regional and cross-functional projects aimed at improving financial reporting systems, tools, and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements enhancing review effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports and visual dashboards that highlight key trends and performance drivers.
  • Monitor adherence to financial controls and support initiatives strengthening financial governance.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance (operational and analytical roles).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial standards (US GAAP / IFRS).
  • Proven expertise in P&L and Balance Sheet analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Macros), Power BI, and SAP R/3 or S4 HANA.
  • Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities within multicultural environments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with adaptability in fast-paced settings.

Work Setup: Onsite once per week

Work Shift: 5PM to 2AM / 6PM to 3AM
