We're hiring a
Supply & Demand Coordinator
to support end-to-end planning, align demand with supply strategies, and ensure inventory availability across distribution points. The role also contributes to network expansion planning and provides valuable analytics to enhance operational visibility and decision-making.

This is a hybrid position based in ASW BGC, following AU business hours (6:00 AM–3:00 PM PH time). The first 3–6 months will require full-time onsite work, transitioning to a hybrid setup with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote each week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update rolling demand forecasts, translating them into actionable supply plans
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust supply strategies to align with changes in demand or market conditions
  • Set and maintain inventory targets, min/max levels, and safety stock across all distribution points
  • Monitor inventory availability, stock coverage, and drive actions to prevent stockouts or excess
  • Identify and manage risks related to slow-moving or obsolete inventory and end-of-life products
  • Support new product launches and transitions with appropriate stock planning
  • Generate regular planning reports and dashboards to track performance and service levels
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support operational decisions and commercial priorities
  • Coordinate planning-related activities with purchasing, logistics, and 3PL providers
  • Coordinate stock transfers across key distribution channels
  • Support other key planning activities during periods of staff leave
  • Maintain ERP and planning system data (e.g., lead times, MOQs) to ensure planning accuracy
  • Support global expansion efforts by contributing to planning processes for new distribution points
  • Identify and implement improvements in planning processes, tools, and team capability

Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • 2+ years in supply planning or demand coordination.
  • Strong Excel or reporting tool skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on inventory efficiency.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.
