  • Operate and maintain machinery: This includes feeding raw materials into machines, monitoring equipment during operation, and performing minor adjustments or cleaning.
  • Assembly and packaging: Assembling product parts (sometimes by hand), inspecting finished goods for quality control, and preparing items for shipment.
  • Material handling: Loading and unloading materials from production lines and organizing raw materials and finished products in the storage areas or warehouse.
  • Work area maintenance: Keeping the production area clean, organized, and free of hazards, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaboration and reporting: Working effectively with coworkers, following instructions from supervisors, and promptly reporting any equipment malfunctions or quality issues.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records or logs of the production process and inventory as required.

General Qualifications

  • Physical fitness: The role often requires physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy stocks or equipment.
  • Work ethic: Being hardworking, reliable, and able to meet individual production task deadlines.
  • Experience: While some positions prefer experience, many employers in the Pasig area are willing to hire candidates with or without prior experience.

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
