Project In-Charge is a leadership role, typically in construction, responsible for directing and managing project activities to ensure they meet project objectives, scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and resource requirements.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets and track costs to ensure adherence to financial goals.
  • Schedule Management: Create detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and implement action plans for delays.
  • Resource Allocation: Predict and manage necessary resources, including personnel and materials, for effective project execution.
  • Team and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, communicating progress, challenges, and adjustments.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that project work and materials comply with specifications and quality standards.
  • Safety and Health: Implement and oversee the project's safety and health program, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Site Monitoring: Conduct day-to-day site monitoring, review construction plans, and validate site conditions against the project plan.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate status updates, reports on project progress, and maintain accurate documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
