Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM| BGC, Taguig City

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general ledger activities, including posting journal entries (accruals, reclassifications) and ensuring transaction accuracy.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Perform account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
  • Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with BIR and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors; provide necessary schedules and documentation.
  • Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide financial insights and reports to management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed.

Qualifications

  • License as Certified Public Accountant
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in general accounting (GL, reconciliations, reporting, tax, and closing).
  • Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software or ERP systems; strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized with excellent communication skills.
