Job Description

  • The Marketing Officer for Testimonials role involves creating compelling customer stories and distributing user-generated content to boost conversions and brand trust.

Duties And Responsibilities
Testimonial Acquisition and Management

  • Develop strategies for soliciting and collecting high-quality customer testimonials
  • Manage and organize a database of testimonials
  • Ensure testimonials are authentic, compliant, and reflect customer experiences

User-Generated Content (UGC) Strategy & Implementation

  • Develop and execute UGC campaigns
  • Monitor and moderate UGC to ensure brand consistency
  • Develop guidelines and best practices for UGC creation and submission

Content Creation & Curation

  • Transform testimonials and UGC into compelling marketing content
  • Collaborate with the content team to integrate testimonials and UGC into broader campaigns

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze the performance of testimonial and UGC initiative
  • Generate regular reports and provide insights to optimize strategies

Community Engagement

  • Foster a positive online community around the brand
  • Respond to customer feedback and inquiries professionally
  • Identify and engage with brand advocates and influences

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Marketing, with a focus on testimonials and UGC
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative and analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in content creation and curation tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with 1 customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
