Job Requirements

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.

Experience

  • At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Preferably with experience in both manufacturing and retail operations.
  • Strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Philippine tax regulations, BIR compliance, and statutory reporting.
  • Experienced in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
  • Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or equivalent).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Leadership & Communication

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external auditors.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Willingness to work on-site at the company's head office or manufacturing plant.
