  • Plans and arranges manufacturing activities based on volume projections and real needs.
  • Directs and manages the activities in his region to ensure the smooth flow of manufacturing processes.
  • Ensures that the assigned area contributes to the consistent application of quality and safety requirements in completed goods and the workplace.
  • Implements process improvements, equipment upgrades, and other opportunities for innovation.
  • Verifies accurate and timely production reports, as well as any other reports required by management.
  • Collaborates with other operational units on behalf of the section.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Has a bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Operations Management, or any related course.
  • At least 3 years of production operations working experience and 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a food manufacturing setting (required).
  • Willing to work in Danao, Cebu, and residing in or around nearby areas (required).
