About the Role

As a Recruitment Associate, you will help drive candidate volume by advertising job openings across different job boards and promptly responding to applicant inquiries. You will ensure that each applicant receives clear communication, accurate information, and a smooth recruitment experience.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, coordination, and supporting the recruitment process from the front line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post and optimize job ads on job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms
  • Respond to applicant inquiries via chat, email, or SMS
  • Screen applications and endorse qualified candidates to recruiters
  • Monitor job ad performance and adjust strategies to increase visibility and applications
  • Maintain an organized tracker of applicants and communications
  • Assist candidates with online assessments, interview instructions, and FAQs
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to meet weekly hiring targets

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate, SHS Graduate, or College Level
  • Experience in sales, recruitment, or online moderation is an advantage but not required
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organized, fast learner, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable navigating job boards, Facebook groups, and messaging platforms
  • Willing to work onsite in Baliuag, Bulacan
