Our Operations Team ensures that everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes—managing warehouse activities, inventory flow, and fulfilment with precision and efficiency. From stock accuracy to timely dispatch, the team plays a crucial role in delivering a seamless end-to-end eCommerce experience. With a strong focus on process, coordination, and control, Operations keeps our promises to customers and clients every single day.
The part you will play
The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for the monitoring of order process flow from receiving of order from Seller center to Customer(s) doorstep. He/she will also need to provide insights on the day-to-day activities to ensure that operations will run smoothly.
As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will take charge of:
- Oversee order fulfillment from receipt to delivery across marketplaces
- Monitor warehouse 3PL performance to ensure SLA compliance (pick & amp; pack, dispatch, delivery).
- Manage returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics to ensure efficiency and minimal cost impact.
- Monitor real-time inventory availability and ensure accurate stock mapping across platforms.
- Implement operational SOPs to improve speed, accuracy, and productivity.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound movement of goods for campaign readiness.
- Track and report operational KPIs: fulfillment rate, cancellation rate, return rate, delivery SLA, cost per order, etc.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve operational workflows and cost efficiencies.
- Review and optimize systems and dashboards for better visibility and control.
- Work closely with Platform, KAM, Warehouse, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
- Support campaign readiness planning—inventory alignment, manpower scheduling, and order volume forecast.
- Ensure strict compliance to marketplace guidelines and operational standards.
What we are looking for - the ideal profile
- At least 4 years' experience in logistics management specifically in order management
- Knowledgeable in Warehouse, ecommerce and logistics
- Must be able to work as part of the team in a fast paced and pressured environment
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Excel & Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with an analytical mind
- Strong time management skills

- You don't have to manage everything in Excel, we run a lot of processes on our advanced inhouse systems and automate where we can. Many of our warehouses are fully API integrated. Of course, being precise and good with numbers will help in any system.
