Customer Success Specialist

OpenLoop is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team remotely or at our HQ in Des Moines, Iowa. This role will be a member of the Operations team, collaborating closely with the Director of Customer Success to ensure a seamless user experience for clients from contract signing through relationship growth. About the RoleResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Gather complex needs and align them with proper internal resources needed to power our partners' care delivery systemsContinuously improving existing processes to evolve our product and offeringsIdentifying gaps and training clinicians on various requirements needed to run our servicesWorking closely with the Implementation, Account Management, and Clinician Advocacy Teams to close gaps in product and skills developmentManagement of clinician scheduling and communicationImplementing client and patient workflows into tech platforms spanning a variety of verticalsData entry and integrityActing as a proxy for the Customer Success and Implementation manager on various meetings and workflows such as legal, customer success, and communicationsImproving team efficiency by creating optimum processes with technology and people Requirements1+ years of experience working on projects in a startup or healthcare environment requiredProven capacity to learn new technologies for maximum project successAbility to construct effective emails giving clients and internal stakeholders all necessary background and project updates About OpenLoopOpenLoop was co -founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring healing anywhere.
