Korean Interpreter

- Interpret spoken communication between Korean supervisors/executives and Filipino employees in meetings, site discussions, and daily operations
- Translate written documents such as memos, notices, emails, policies, and work instructions from Korean to Filipino/English and vice versa
- Assist the Korean boss in communicating instructions, expectations, and feedback to Filipino workers
- Support Filipino employees in conveying concerns, questions, and reports to Korean management
- Accompany Korean management during meetings, site visits, and company activities as needed
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality in all interpretations and translations
- Help bridge cultural and communication gaps between Korean and Filipino staff
- Perform basic administrative or coordination tasks related to interpretation support
Qualifications
- Proficient in Korean (speaking and understanding required; reading/writing an advantage)
- Fluent in Filipino (Tagalog) and English
- Previous experience as an interpreter or translator is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret accurately and professionally in real-time
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Willingness to work closely with Korean and Filipino teams
