Salary Range: ₱40,000 – ₱45,000 (Depending on experience)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead to join our Mobility Account team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, solid technical or e-commerce background, and a proven track record in managing blended accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team to ensure operational targets and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Monitor daily team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance team productivity and service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve escalations and support client requirements.
  • Prepare performance reports and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

  • College graduate of Engineering, IT, or any tech-related course (strict requirement).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a BPO or related setup.
  • Experience handling E-commerce or Technical Accounts.
  • Must have experience in blended account management (Voice and Non-Voice).
  • Amenable to work onsite in Taguig on a shifting schedule.
  • Open to a salary range of ₱40,000 – ₱45,000 (depending on qualifications and experience).
