  • Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for backhoe operators.
  • Develop and update training materials, manuals, and competency-based assessment tools.
  • Demonstrate proper backhoe operation techniques, including digging, trenching, loading, and site preparation.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback and certification based on competency assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards as per DOLE, TESDA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain training equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Assist in designing refresher training or upskilling programs for experienced operators.
  • Provide reports on training progress, trainee evaluations, and recommendations for improvements.
