JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Organize and maintain office records and documents
  • Manage correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls)
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Assist in office supply inventory and ordering
  • Coordinate with different departments for internal administrative needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative
  • Has proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other related applications.
  • With at least 2 months requirement for On-The-Job Training
  • With endorsement letter and MOA from his/her university
  • Must be willing to work in Pasig.
