The Field Collection Officer is responsible for conducting on-site visits to clients to collect payments, deliver notices, and validate borrower information. The role helps ensure timely loan repayments and supports the company's overall credit performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular collection visits to clients with due or overdue accounts.
  • Coordinate with the Credit Team regarding account status, payments, and client feedback.
  • Issue receipts and ensure accurate documentation of all field transactions.
  • Deliver demand letters or notices to clients when necessary.
  • Verify borrower information during field visits (e.g., business location, contact person).
  • Report daily activities and collection results to the immediate supervisor.
  • Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients at all times.
Qualifications:
  • At least Senior High School graduate or College Level.
  • With fieldwork experience (collection, sales, or related role) is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Must be honest, reliable, and willing to travel.
  • Preferably with own motorcycle and valid driver's license.
