Job Description Summary Prepare and send Statement of Account to customers Review open invoices to identify delinquent accounts Initiate and receive business-to-business collection calls Manage assigned portfolio through relationship building and innovative problem solvingWork with Credit Analyst, Collection Analyst and Sales on new applications, renewals, and revocations of credit facilities Communicate collection results and issues with Team Lead or Collection Manager Participate in conference calls with Sales Team and Customers Log transaction in AR tool using SAP and other legacy systems to perform collections Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and a win‑win attitude Exhibit highly developed verbal and written communication skills Capable of working on cross‑functional objectives Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field At least 2 years’ experience in direct customer contact, service, and collections Able to work on a permanent night shift Seniority Level Not Applicable Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcomes applicants without regard to race, colour, gender, age, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
