We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warranty Contract Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims for appliance repair services performed by technicians. You will play a key part in ensuring claims are submitted accurately, authorizations are obtained, payments are tracked, and records are maintained.
This position requires someone who can multitask effectively, think independently, solve problems quickly, and isn't afraid to ask questions when clarification is needed. You must also be able to remember and apply specific rules and procedures consistently to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit and process warranty claims promptly and accurately.
- Obtain necessary authorizations and approvals for claims.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and update financial records.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure warranty requirements are met.
- Collaborate with technicians and team members to resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Apply company rules and warranty guidelines consistently.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong commitment to follow-through.
Job Conditions:
- Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or similar environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and shifting priorities.
- Must be able to work onsite at company's facility.
- Demonstrate commitment to reliable attendance and punctuality.

- Excellent comprehension and ability to follow complex instructions.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with appliance repair industry or warranty claim processes.
- Experience using CRM systems, billing platforms, or warranty management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and technician interactions.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new rules, policies, and procedures.
- Prior experience in administrative support roles.
- Comfort with handling multiple accounts and balancing competing priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
